Ces Guerra, on GoogleDr. Bisel and his staff are wonderful and I am so greatful to have Dr. Bisel as my new doctor. Everyone in the Center is first class and nice as well. On the first visit, Dr. Bisel did more test than the last two doctors put together. My hearing, with my new hearing aids, is better than eve. Dr. Bisel and his staff are great and I feel very lucky to be in their hands.
stef maier, on GoogleCame in from out of state with a pair of loaner hearing aids -- receiver wasn't working. Was informed there'd be a $75 charge for any repairs. Turned out to be ear wax in the temporary receiver, and I wasn't charged. Thank you!
Wes Brown, on GoogleBisel helped me with custom ear plugs which have helped tremendously with a loving partner who snores at night :) The process was easy, fast and I have multiple pairs now for travel etc. Great investment!

Caryn and Russell Bahruth, on GoogleChris and his staff are very thorough! You won’t get this kind of service or follow-up anywhere else.
Nancy Paddison, on GoogleOne of my hearing aids seemed to not be putting out any sound about 6 weeks after I'd gotten it. I described the symptoms to Chris over the phone and he told me it was probably not a major problem and made an appointment for me to bring it in the next day. When he looked at it, his suspicions were confirmed. The wax filter was merely clogged and he showed me how to replace it. Now it's working good as new. He didn't scold me for not consulting the book that came with or the replacement filters and tools which were included. He even told me if ever I had problems in the future not to hesitate to call.
Timothy Griffith, on GoogleI was given very detailed explanations of my options, of how the programming of my hearing aids worked, how to care for them, I could send email with questions at any time, Chris Bisel was extremely attentive and professional to obtain the best custom adjustments for my needs, I felt great support throughout the entire process, Kayla was very helpful.
Alina Deutsch, on GoogleLike most people, aging gracefully did not include help with my hearing. However, and very subtly, I realized my hearing had “lost a little speed on my fastball”. I’d also been reading quite a bit about how hearing loss is thought to accelerate the onset of other illnesses such as dementia, and that hearing aids help in the prevention of cognitive decline. (https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/hearing-aids-slow-cognitive-decline-people-high-risk) A friend referred me to Bisel Hearing Center. Chris Bisel, Monica and Kayla were incredibly receptive, personable and professional. They conducted the hearing test (which is much more extensive than ones I had in past years). To my surprise, but not my wife’s, I had remarkable hearing in the deep range (men’s voices) but had lost over 60% in the mid to high range (women’s and children’s voices). I decided to move forward and invest in my hearing, my health and my relationships! I was excited to receive a call from Bisel a few days later informing me my hearing aids were in. The fitting was easy and the technology was outstanding. The ability to fine tune them to your specific hearing requirements is amazing! While sitting in the back of Bisel’s suite, I heard their faint door chime when someone came in!! Then shockingly, I walked out to my car, sat in it (an Audi A8) and to my amazement, I heard a “second” chime I had never heard before!!! At that point, I had my “ah-ha” moment and realized how fortunate I was to have hearing aids. Within a week, I was asking my wife to turn down the volume on the television. At a large conference I attended, people were asking me what the speaker was saying. Music on the radio was richer, conversations with friends were more engaging, and the number of times I asked my wife “what did you say” were practically nil. I bought my older brother a pair and it’s changed his life. He’s a musician and he told me he’s hearing notes he didn’t even realize he was playing. It’s encouraged him to play more, take on new challenges while enriching his relationships. I’ve also proudly referred Bisel to friends who have had similar experiences. Look, none of us want to lose speed on our fastballs, but it happens. But unlike pitching in baseball, there is a solution that keeps you in the game of hearing and life. I’d encourage you to get past your hangups and inhibitions and make the decision to move forward. Nothing so simple will do so much to improve the quality of your life and your relationships.
Ernest Johnson, on GoogleVery compassionate and understanding of special circumstances. No other local audiologist has shown this kind of care.
Jasmine Waters, on GoogleI came in to get full ear molds made for custom in ear monitors. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and 3rd generation proprietor of Bisel. He also offered to help adjust my IEM's once they came in if needed.
Adam Thaler, on GoogleI have had an excellent experience Bisel Hearing Aid Center. I was give a prompt appointment for my initial evaluation. They were able to try a pair of hearing aids before purchasing. The devices are inconspicuous and work well. I had a situation were one of the aids stopped working while I was out of town. I was able to be seen almost immediately on my return and I was taught how to deal with the issue myself Overall, I'm very happy with the service I have received!
Steven Croft, on GoogleChris is great! Very knowledgeable and polite. I’m an audio engineer and went for ear molds for my IEM’s. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Allan Panzer, on GoogleBy far the best hearing aid company in Houston. Chris Bisel runs this clinic personally, and he and his folks take great pride in the perfect fitting hearing aid. You will not be disappointed in the price or the service!!
Michael Ogg, on GoogleChris at Bisel Hearing Aids saved us on a Saturday morning! My dad, who wears Starkey hearing aids, was visiting from out of town for my daughter's wedding shower when he realized he forgot his charger. We called every vendor in the greater Houston area only to find out they were all closed..including Bisel! On a Longshot I messaged Bisel on their website and Chris immediately got back to me to tell us he would open the shop for us! He loaned my dad a charger and even gave his devices a turbo charge so he could hear on the drive home. What an amazing servant heart and wonderful customer service we found in Chris! My dad was able to attend the party and was smiling the whole evening! Thank you so much Chris!

Matthew Bianco, on GoogleThank you for helping me hear better. 🤘
craig hlavaty, on GoogleAfter several years of disappointing experiences with other providers I just walked into the Bisel Office hoping to find more friendly care. I hit the jackpot! I was greeted by the boss and the team of care people with love and interest. Dr. Cris introduced me to his tech person Monica. She listened intently to my concerns about the hearing instruments that had been sold to me by a previous audiologist. As we talked Monica examined those aids and suggested a new hearing test. My confidence in her skill and knowledge grew. I did buy new aids and could not be happier with how they work for me. I give all the credit for this success to Monica for her concern and care. If we were awarding stars the Bisel Hearing Aid Center and especially Monica would get ten gold stars. They are wonderful. Don M

Martin Hristov, on GoogleI recently enjoyed a hearing aid appointment at Bisel Hearing Aid Center in Houston, Texas and wanted to share my experience with any individual, challenged by hearing loss, or a person, who was contemplating replacing their current hearing aids and/or seeking to replace their former Provider, for an advanced Instrument specialist, such as Chris.
Chris Bisel, the owner of Bisel Hearing Center is a charismatic and interesting man; his zeal for his craft and dedication to helping fit my hearing loss level, with a terrific an ideal instrument. Chris leads from his personality, beliefs, and confidence in himself and in the area of specialty. He is a seasoned practitioner in Houston since 1989. During out exchange, I experience increasing confidence that what Chris offered made perfect sense and would greatly improve my hearing and my entire life. During the evaluation, Christ meticulously articulated his experience, training and knowledge coupled with his familial status as a third generation hearing instrument specialist which reflects sincere caring individual whose career translates into an honorable vocation service for life.
Chris’ philosophy and ethical treatment was present to me during every single moment of the evaluation, testing and process; a process that informed and persuaded my decision to place my trust in Bisel Hearing Aid Center for my hearing loss needs. Chris’ integrity, explanation, illustrations and fine manners, encouraged an informed decision, to secure hearing aids from a trusted (read the reviews) body of fans who hailed and recognized as did I: an authentic Master hearing instrument Specialist.
They put customer satisfaction as their first priority by going a step beyond in the hearing aid industry! Any company can dream, you said, “why not?” – and made the “hearing” aid equal in technology.
Bisel Hearing Aid Center and owner Chris Bisel provide excellent service in a friendly and caring environment. I am very pleased with the service I’ve received there!
Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.
These are so great for noisy restaurants; I wasn’t even aware of the noise! Phone streaming is also very helpful.
I love that there are multiple settings, so I can customize my hearing aids. I was skeptical beforehand, but I am really appreciating the advances that these hearing aids offer.
I have been wearing hearing aids for 3 decades. I am a flutist, music educator, and counselor, as well as a PhD student in Performance Psychology. I have a high-frequency hearing loss in both ears, a congenital defect. I have relied on bone conduction, contextual reasoning, and reading lips to understand others with my natural hearing. After years of working with analog technology, I decided it was time to hear what the world is really about. I have had numerous less-than-satisfying visits with audiologists and hearing aid specialists over the years – people who underestimated me and my expectations. For that reason, I elected to go without hearing aids for some time. I met Chris Bisel of Bisel Hearing Aids of Houston by chance, and he was nothing short of everything I wanted in customer service, technical savvy, and a clear understanding on his part of the psychosocial issues faced by the hearing impaired. My mother and I enjoyed the equipment selection process, and Chris walked through my personal hearing and speech history with both of us. He truly wanted to understand me as a person. This level of patient advocacy is extremely rare and largely absent. The hearing instruments themselves, from Aubibel’s Platinum Range Completely-In-Ear system, are nothing short of amazing. I am able to hear sounds, tonal colors, and acoustical phenomena that I have only imagined in the past.
