Dr. Bisel and his staff are wonderful and I am so greatful to have Dr. Bisel as my new doctor. Everyone in the Center is first class and nice as well. On the first visit, Dr. Bisel did more test than the last two doctors put together. My hearing, with my new hearing aids, is better than eve. Dr. Bisel and his staff are great and I feel very lucky to be in their hands.

Came in from out of state with a pair of loaner hearing aids -- receiver wasn't working. Was informed there'd be a $75 charge for any repairs. Turned out to be ear wax in the temporary receiver, and I wasn't charged. Thank you!

Bisel helped me with custom ear plugs which have helped tremendously with a loving partner who snores at night :) The process was easy, fast and I have multiple pairs now for travel etc. Great investment!

One of my hearing aids seemed to not be putting out any sound about 6 weeks after I'd gotten it. I described the symptoms to Chris over the phone and he told me it was probably not a major problem and made an appointment for me to bring it in the next day. When he looked at it, his suspicions were confirmed. The wax filter was merely clogged and he showed me how to replace it. Now it's working good as new. He didn't scold me for not consulting the book that came with or the replacement filters and tools which were included. He even told me if ever I had problems in the future not to hesitate to call.

I was given very detailed explanations of my options, of how the programming of my hearing aids worked, how to care for them, I could send email with questions at any time, Chris Bisel was extremely attentive and professional to obtain the best custom adjustments for my needs, I felt great support throughout the entire process, Kayla was very helpful.

Like most people, aging gracefully did not include help with my hearing. However, and very subtly, I realized my hearing had “lost a little speed on my fastball”. I’d also been reading quite a bit about how hearing loss is thought to accelerate the onset of other illnesses such as dementia, and that hearing aids help in the prevention of cognitive decline. Chris Bisel, Monica and Kayla were incredibly receptive, personable and professional. They conducted the hearing test (which is much more extensive than ones I had in past years). To my surprise, but not my wife’s, I had remarkable hearing in the deep range (men’s voices) but had lost over 60% in the mid to high range (women’s and children’s voices). I decided to move forward and invest in my hearing, my health and my relationships! I was excited to receive a call from Bisel a few days later informing me my hearing aids were in. The fitting was easy and the technology was outstanding. The ability to fine tune them to your specific hearing requirements is amazing! While sitting in the back of Bisel’s suite, I heard their faint door chime when someone came in!! Then shockingly, I walked out to my car, sat in it (an Audi A8) and to my amazement, I heard a “second” chime I had never heard before!!! At that point, I had my “ah-ha” moment and realized how fortunate I was to have hearing aids. Within a week, I was asking my wife to turn down the volume on the television. At a large conference I attended, people were asking me what the speaker was saying. Music on the radio was richer, conversations with friends were more engaging, and the number of times I asked my wife “what did you say” were practically nil. I bought my older brother a pair and it’s changed his life. He’s a musician and he told me he’s hearing notes he didn’t even realize he was playing. It’s encouraged him to play more, take on new challenges while enriching his relationships. I’ve also proudly referred Bisel to friends who have had similar experiences. Look, none of us want to lose speed on our fastballs, but it happens. But unlike pitching in baseball, there is a solution that keeps you in the game of hearing and life. I’d encourage you to get past your hangups and inhibitions and make the decision to move forward. Nothing so simple will do so much to improve the quality of your life and your relationships.

I came in to get full ear molds made for custom in ear monitors. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and 3rd generation proprietor of Bisel. He also offered to help adjust my IEM's once they came in if needed.

I have had an excellent experience Bisel Hearing Aid Center. I was give a prompt appointment for my initial evaluation. They were able to try a pair of hearing aids before purchasing. The devices are inconspicuous and work well. I had a situation were one of the aids stopped working while I was out of town. I was able to be seen almost immediately on my return and I was taught how to deal with the issue myself Overall, I'm very happy with the service I have received!

Chris is great! Very knowledgeable and polite. I’m an audio engineer and went for ear molds for my IEM’s. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Chris at Bisel Hearing Aids saved us on a Saturday morning! My dad, who wears Starkey hearing aids, was visiting from out of town for my daughter's wedding shower when he realized he forgot his charger. We called every vendor in the greater Houston area only to find out they were all closed..including Bisel! On a Longshot I messaged Bisel on their website and Chris immediately got back to me to tell us he would open the shop for us! He loaned my dad a charger and even gave his devices a turbo charge so he could hear on the drive home. What an amazing servant heart and wonderful customer service we found in Chris! My dad was able to attend the party and was smiling the whole evening! Thank you so much Chris!

It is a privilege to meet with Chris and staff each time l attend my appointments. The ambiance is a subtle and restful experience after the busy and noisy traffic outside. Office and receptionists staff are welcoming and pleasant. One never feels hurried in this adorable corner of Houston, Texas. Chris BIsel is an exceptional person and superb hearing aid specialist. It's in his blood literally and symbolically. Both his parents and grandparents dedicated themselves to servicing the community in a manner that is befitting their integrity. Outstanding workmanship, for its own sake.

After several years of disappointing experiences with other providers I just walked into the Bisel Office hoping to find more friendly care. I hit the jackpot! I was greeted by the boss and the team of care people with love and interest. Dr. Cris introduced me to his tech person Monica. She listened intently to my concerns about the hearing instruments that had been sold to me by a previous audiologist. As we talked Monica examined those aids and suggested a new hearing test. My confidence in her skill and knowledge grew. I did buy new aids and could not be happier with how they work for me. I give all the credit for this success to Monica for her concern and care. If we were awarding stars the Bisel Hearing Aid Center and especially Monica would get ten gold stars. They are wonderful. Don M
